Peggy June Boehs was born on September 6, 1939, in Enid, Oklahoma to Richard Maxwell Hand and Vivian Lovely Hand and passed from this life on October 25, 2023. Peggy was raised in Ames on the family farm.

Shelby Dale Krout; beloved fiancé, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many left this world to join his Lord and Savior on Wednesday October 25, 2023. He was only twenty-nine years old.

Gary Harland Moore of Burbank, Oklahoma departed this life on October 29, 2023 at his home in Burbank to be with his Lord and Savior. Services will be held at First Baptist Church of Burbank with Pastor Dennis Wildman on November 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with interment following at the Burbank cemetery.

Cheryl Lynn Myers Brewer of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at the age of 72. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.

Mary Louise Rice was born 18 Nov 1932 in Skedee Oklahoma to Ralph & Lorraine (Miller) Dollarhide. She passed peacefully in her sleep the morning of 24 Oct 2023. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Kathy A. Higby, Connie J. Horinek, Brenda K. Collyar and her 4 sons. Steven D. Matthews, John L. Matthews, William R. Matthews, and James E. Matthews. She was a loved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Susan Jane Wilson, 69, completed her journey in life on October 28th, 2023 surrounded by loved ones at her home in Yukon, Oklahoma. Suzy was born on the very first day of 1954 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Jim and Betty Stingley.

Gayla Ann Burns-Heusser completed her journey in the morning hours of October 12, 2023, at the age of 67, at her home in Springtown, Texas. Gayla was born to Gary Dale and Clara Mae Burns on November 19, 1955, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Together they raised Gayla and her siblings in Tonkawa, OK.

Janet Sue Duncan Hodges 69 of Amarillo passed from this world October 17, 2023. Born in Ponca City, OK July 29th 1954 to Peggy and Charles Wilson.

James Edwin Barnes (Jim), age 89, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by family on October 23, 2023 after battling Alzheimer’s for over 21 years. An Oklahoma native, Barnes, born March 2, 1934, was raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma where he was a proud Eagle Scout and lettered in football at Ponca City High School.
