Hello There! Obi-Wan Kenobi trailer first impressions

General Kenobi! You are a bold one, dropping your trailer in the middle of the week and forcing me to change the topic of this article at the last minute! I feel like an Obi-Wan centric spin-off series and/or movie had been in the works forever (much like the Boba Fett projects that eventually became The Mandalorian), so having something to actually see is a treat. Of course, this series will see the return of Ewan McGregor as the titular Jedi Master himself.

Having a more plant-forward diet is important for a lot of health reasons but leaving out meat altogether may not be best for children, teenagers, breastfeeding women and older Americans. In a study from the University of Illinois and Colorado State University, researchers found that the protein in plantbased burgers wasn’t digested as much as that found in meatbased burgers due to the concentration and digestibility of the amino acids.

WMS class creates food trucks

Students in Stacy Pinney’s Teen 2 class at West Middle School recently had the responsibility of grouping up and creating a food truck. Students had to completely design the truck, name the business, come up with a menu and stock the truck with specific food items, as well as the equipment needed to operate the truck.
