The Ponca City Kay County Chapter of the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association met Saturday, December 18, 2021. The meeting began with prayer by Jack Adams, pastor of the New Hope Christian Fellowship. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Terry Thompson, Kay County OK2A coordinator. Thompson acknowledged the technical and media specialist Stephen Phipps for streaming the meeting on the OK2A Kay County Chapter Facebook page.
