ENID -- The Ponca City WIldcats scored seven runs Thursday, but it was not enough as they lost to Edmond Santa Fe 11-7. Santa Fe trailed Ponca City 3-0 going into the bottom of the third inning, but then put seven runs on the scoreboard to lead 7-3.

The Ponca City Wildcats lost their second game with Southmoore in two nights Tuesday, with Southmoore defeating the Wildcats 3-0. Monday, the Wildcats lost a 3-2 decision to Southmoore.

In the first district matches for the Ponca City varsity soccer teams Tuesday against Muskogee, the Wildcat boys team was victorious, while the Po-Hi girls lost. Muskogee topped the Ponca City girls 1-0.
