ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION MOST VALUABLE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP The Ponca City Elks Lodge #2002 is announcing the start of the Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarship Contest. The Most Valuable Student scholarship is available to high school seniors who are United State citizens.

Oklahoma City, OK – Nov. 1, 2023 – The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) latest Synar results reveal that most Oklahoma businesses refuse to sell tobacco to those under 21. 86.4% of Oklahoma businesses helped stop sales and are operating within compliance. This marks a significant improvement compared to the previous year, which saw a compliance rate of 79.8%.
