The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce’s annual Santa Buck Giveaway will be returning beginning on Saturday, Nov. 4. Participants can show from Nov. 4 until Thursday, Dec. 21 at participating merchants to receive a ticket, and increase their chances to win $5,000 in Santa Bucks plus a chance at two $1,000 prizes and four $500 prizes.
