This event is a collaboration between NOC and with the seven North Central Oklahoma tribes, which include the Ponca Tribe, Osage Nation, Pawnee Nation, Otoe-Missouria Tribe, Kaw Nation, Tonkawa Tribe and Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
