Northern Oklahoma College presents Halloween Spooktacular Cabaret

Body
On Monday, Oct. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 31, the Northern Oklahoma College Fine Arts Division is holding their Halloween Spooktacular Cabaret. Unlike previous years, this year’s performance will be a cabaret instead of simply a concert. The difference between a cabaret and a concert, is that during a cabaret, performers will be singing, dancing, and acting on stage versus a concert that is more buttoned up and formal. Many people think of cabarets as an example of halfway between a concert and a musical. Regardless of its name, it is clear that the Northern Oklahoma College’s Fine Arts Division is sure to put on the performance of a lifetime, or maybe of the afterlife, for their Halloween Spooktacular Cabaret. This is a collaborative effort from the departments of musical theatre, concert band, and jazz band. Despite being separate designations, the performers have come together beautifully once again this year to give the people an incredible show.
