Trout Funeral Home & Crematory and One Warm Coat, sharing warmth one coat at a time Ponca City, OK — Trout Funeral Home & Crematory is hosting a coat drive to collect clean gently worn or new coats from November 7, 2023 – December 8, 2023 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, at Trout Funeral Home & Crematory. Area residents are invited to make a difference in our local community by donating to the coat drive and helping Trout Funeral Home & Crematory reach their goal of collecting 150 coats and 500 dollars.

Nov. 4, 2023 Assault - At 5:01 am, the reporting party on 911 advised of 16 people in front of 716 N. Elm, and someone was possibly shot. The reporting party advised she was assaulted. The subjects were last seen toward Lake. Both parties were separated and calmed down.

Nov. 2, 2023 Assault - At 12:48 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a juvenile that was assaulted by an adult male in a white Hyundai Sonata with a temporary tag from CarMart at 3305 N. 14th. Suspect was not on scene. Victim was an adult and uncooperative. Refused medical and a report.
