The Woodland Cougars are the only remaining Ponca City area team still playing in the Oklahoma football playoffs. The Class A Cougars are scheduled to travel to Putnam City for a game against Dibble The Dibble Demons have posted a 10-2 record. They started the season with two losses, 34-14 to Minco and 30-0 to Lindsay. Since then they have been on a roll, winning the next 10 games.

Amid another comedy of errors, including some slapstick stuff in their once-vaunted passing game, the Chiefs again wilted in the second half on Monday night to fall 21-17 to visiting Philadelphia. From a pure results standpoint, there could hardly be any less shame than in losing a narrow game to the Eagles, who at 9-1 have the best record in the NFL and could well be its best team for the long haul, too.
