Donald L. Bayer, 80, beloved Father, and Brother was called to his eternal resting place on October 17, 2022. He entered this world on November 10, 1941, in Garden City, Kansas born to Joseph Adam Bayer and Margaret Ellen Gatlin Bayer.

Raymond Dale Waller of Ponca City, died Wednesday morning, October 19, 2022. Raymond Dale Waller was born April 3rd, 1936, in High Point, North Carolina.

Phyllis Marquita Sanders was born June 29, 1934 in Cleveland, Oklahoma to Tom and Dorthea May (Cox) Owsley. She grew up in the Ponca City area. As an adult she spent most of her life as a homemaker, which she loved dearly. Phyllis also worked as a florist, operated a dog kennel and worked in the business admin department at OSU. Phyllis loved to paint, play golf and play card games, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.

Garvin J Fryar, devoted husband, father of four, grandfather, and friend and mentor to many, passed away after a short illness on the morning of October 8, 2022, in his home, surrounded by family. Garvin was born on December 13, 1939, in Clovis, New Mexico, to John Wiley and Willie Grimes Fryar.

Thomas “Tommy” Curran of Tulsa, OK, passed away on October 12, 2022. He was 67 years old. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel, Deacon Dick Robinson officiating. Dr. Robert Paul Carter II, 82, of Georgetown, Texas, departed this life on Friday, October 7, 2022.

Harold Jason Laughlin Jr., 72, of Ponca City, went on to be with the Lord on Thursday October 13th, 2022. Jason was born on February 18th, 1950, the son of Harold J.

Everett Lee Underwood, 69, of Tulsa, OK, left this life on October 13, 2022, in Tulsa, OK. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 21, 2022, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tom Howard officiating.
