It’s Shocking How Much Dirt Some Vacuums Miss Perhaps this has happened to you: You’ve lived with carpeting, and then for one reason or another you live with hardwood or some other type of hard surface flooring that shows up every little bit of dust and dirt. You can’t believe it! You can sweep or vacuum one day and by the next morning, the dust and dirt have returned.

Burbank First Baptist Church News

Body
Have you been to Burbank, Oklahoma? I am sure that many have not. Did you know that there are three roads off highway 60 that lead into the community? I was working at the church in my early years of ministry, and someone stopped by to ask me how they can get out of Burbank. I was a good laugh for me. So, I gave them directions and asked them to come attend church in the future. They have not been back. My wife and I have been traveling to Burbank for fifteen years in ministry. Fourteen of those have been in full-time ministry. We live in another small community called Kildare, just north of Ponca City. It is a drive that we enjoy making to meet with our brothers and sisters in Christ. I have talked with many people who attended school at Burbank. It has been closed for many years. There are many fond memories. As a matter of fact, there is an alumni association that meets annually on the fourth Saturday in June. This usually is a well-attended affair. Burbank has been a blessing for my wife and me. We have enjoyed the fellowship with all who come attend our worship service. If you ever get a chance, we welcome visitors at our worship services. It starts at 11 am. The pastor usually finishes the service around noon. Regardless, whether you come visit Burbank First or attend the church of your choice, you will be blessed to spend time in worship this Sunday.
