The Ponca City Bowling Association invites children of all ages to join a United States Bowling Congress bowling league and start earning scholarship money to be used for college tuition, books, and other school related expenses. Margaret Lenington and G. Wesley “Wes” Rice, both of Amarillo, Texas, were married on Aug. 13, 1960. Following their marriage, they moved to Lubbock, Texas. Margaret taught second grade and Wes taught mathematics and math of finance at Texas Tech University while completing graduate degrees in Geosciences and Mathematics.
