TAHLEQUAH -- The Ponca City Lady Cats came away with a 54-26 victory over Southeast of Oklahoma City Saturday in the seventhplace game of the Tahlequah Invitational Tournament. It was the first victory of the season for the Lady Cats, who are now 1-3.
