TULSA -- Two home runs by Ponca City’s Brody Wicker helped boost the Wildcats to a 9- 7 victory over Tulsa NOAH Saturday. Wicker drove in seven of his team’s nine runs in Saturday’s game.

Mar. 28—LOS ANGELES — On a day when Cardinals rookie outfielder Victor Scott II realized a childhood dream and got to share the moment with family in front of an announced sellout crowd of 52,667 at Dodger Stadium, he wasn’t the one overcome by nerves or acting out of sorts. Instead, Scott forced the opposing team to play uncomfortably in the field.

STILLWATER -- The Ponca City Lady Cats pushed their way to the semifinals of the Stillwater Cup tournament Thursday with a 7-1 opening round victory over Newkirk. With the win, they advanced to a match with Coweta.

OWASSO -- The Ponca City cross country teams ended their season by competing in the Class 6A Regional. The boys team finished 14th and the girls team was 13th.
