Tommy Ray Dobbs of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away Sunday morning, November 19, 2023 of heart complications. He was predeceased by his parents Ray and Verna Dobbs of Ponca City. He left behind a wife, Ruth Dobbs of Ponca City. As per Tommy’s request, a private memorial will be held to honor his memory.
