Shelly Jackson of Ponca City, OK passed away suddenly October 13, 2023 in Tulsa, OK. She was 56.

Shelly was born on November 13, 1966 to Larry Don Fox and Judy Ruth Fox in Arkansas City, KS. She enjoyed playing softball in high school and graduated from Ponca City High School in 1985. Shelly married Brett Anthony Jackson and together they had 3 daughters. Although they separated in 1996, they remained good friends.

Shelly was a compassionate person who spent a lot of her time helping others. She held numerous jobs throughout her life that allowed her to do so including Ponca City Head Start, home health care, and the Opportunity Center.

She was very involved in the lives of her grandchildren and always went above and beyond for all of them. She will be missed dearly.

Shelly is survived by her mother Judy Fox, one brother Danny Paul Fox, 3 daughters Tiffany Jackson, Holly Jackson, Brittney Owens and husband Tyler, one son Sawyer Dorl and partner Brynn Sparks, her 11 grandchildren, Skyler, Wesley, Madyson, Talon, Savannah, Sadie, Silas, Tucker, Kian, Story and Saylor, and her kids father Brett Jackson. Also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father Larry Fox, all grandparents and numerous family members.

A small celebration of Shelly’s life will be held November 19th, 2023 at 11:30am in Ponca City, Oklahoma at 445 Fairview Ave in the fireside room.
