Richard Leon Turnipseed, 85, of Arkansas City passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the First American Baptist Church, in Arkansas City, KS. Burial will follow for immediate family members at the Parker Cemetery.

Pastor Dave Stanley will officiate. Donations can be made in his memory to Manna Ministry, First American Baptist Church, and Cowley County Humane Society.
