Wednesday, March 6 seemed like a normal day at the Oklahoma State Capitol in Oklahoma City, as senators and representatives met to discuss and pass legislation that is expected to make Oklahoma a better state. In many respects, it was, but that particular day was unique as 4-H and FFA members from across the state descended on the government house for the annual Farm Bureau Day at the Capitol, where the students met with Farm Bureau leaders, along with state senators and representatives and learned about what the organization does to fight for agriculture at the state level.
