June 6, 2023 Disturbance - At 12:06 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a lot of yelling and possible gunshots near the intersection at 301 W. Hartford. Things were quiet when the officer arrived on scene. The office spoke with several subjects and they advised they heard nothing.

Traffic Stop - At 2:23 am, a traffic stop occurred at 310 W. Cleveland with a silver Dodge truck. The vehicle was released to a friend of the owner and moved to private property. An officer took Jeffry Delano, 1976, into custody for Rule 8 - Conspiracy.

Accident - At 10:41 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to an accident that occurred in the parking lot at 1515 W. Highland. The reporting party believed the other half was intoxicated. Subject was not intoxicated, just shaken up. No injuries.

Disturbance - At 3:34 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a group of kids causing a disturbance at 927 N. 5th. They have been asked to leave but were refusing. Juveniles were moved along.

Accident - At 4:09 pm, an accident occurred between a white vehicle and a Challenger in the middle of the intersection at Kygar and Lake. Unknown injuries. Debris was removed from the roadway.

Disturbance - At 5:30 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to children riding a go-cart in the area of 2503 Bluestem.

Accident - A two vehicle accident occurred at Pecan and Lake Rd. at 6:27 pm.

Trespassing - At 7:01 pm, the reporting party advised of a subject at 405 S. Peachtree who had previously been trespassed and were currently in the backyard. Officer #15 took Luther Mendez, 09/1997, into custody for destruction of property, providing false information regarding bail, and possession of paraphernalia.

Accident - At 9:04 pm, a vehicle versus deer accident occurred at Lake and Woodridge, no injuries.

Extra Patrol - At 11:13 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to reckless drivers at Donner and Turner.

June 7, 2023 Field Interview - At 12:26 am, an officer was out with two subject on a bike in the 100 block of S. Ash. Officer #48 took Heather Rhodd, 1994, into custody for local and Kay County warrants.

Burglary - At 11:31 am, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to his stolen bike from 509 S. 9th.

Reckless Driver - At 12:12 pm, the reporting party advised of a white Mustang with the tag NAW566, that was swerving and speeding. Vehicle then parked at City Hall.

Extra Patrol - At 1:34 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to a motorcycle speeding in the area of the 100 block of Cooley.

Accident - At 1:50 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at 801 E. Prospect.

Disturbance - At 2:04 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to subjects threatening city employees, no weapons. Officer #22 took Angela Morgan, 09/1963, for public intoxication.

Extra Patrol - At 8:48 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to a gray Expedition driving at high rates of speed and running stop signs in the area of 424 S. Lincoln.
