May 20, 2023 Disturbance - At 12 am, the reporting party advised that his neighbor next to him had a back car port with a motion light that was going off. The reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of 306 N. 8th.

Extra Patrol - At 12:04 am, the reporting party at 1808 N. Osage advised that someone was beating on his door and leaving. They requested an extra patrol.

Disturbance - At 4:11 am, the reporting party advised there was a male and female fighting in the 200 block of S. Elm.

Reckless Driver - At 9:18 am, the reporting party advised of a black Ford with Oklahoma tag AUW427 that was swerving all over the roadway. Last seen headed northbound from 14th and Harding.

Disturbance - At 12:26 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a female that was dragged into 2108 Joe. They advised there was a lot of screaming.

Disturbance - At 12:39 pm, the reporting party advised he heard a possible gunshot in the area of 716 N. Oak. The reporting party advised there was a female wearing a gray shirt and black shorts yelling something about a firearm. Officer #46 took Ethan Byrd, 08/2004, into custody for public intoxication, discharging a firearm in a public place, and carrying weapons under the influence.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 2:01 pm, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to possible squatters in the condemned house at 117 N. Palm. Officer #18 took Cameron Welch, 04/1979, into custody for Kay County warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia - $200, and distribution of meth - $10,000.

Disturbance - At 2:34 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a subject causing a disturbance at Timbers Apartments. Officer #18 took David Eguia, 03/2001, into custody for confirmed Kay County warrants for felony robbery.

Reckless Driver - At 4:49 pm, the reporting party advised of a brown 2012 single cab Chevy truck, with a toolbox in back, that almost wrecked into multiple vehicles going eastbound from the South Avenue underpass. The reporting party advised the vehicle hit multiple curbs, and has the license plate GHS377.
