April 22, 2023 Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 3:36 am, the reporting party advised of a white vehicle that was sitting at the stop light at 14th and Harding for 20 minutes. Subject was moved along.

Fire - At 6:22 am, a structure fire occurred at 600 N. Osage.

Stolen Vehicle - The reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to their truck that was stolen sometime over night. Officer #18 gave an attempt to locate on radio. The vehicle was a black 2008 Ford F-150 with the tag EKC671 with a Kansas City Chiefs sticker on the back window, it also has Chiefs magnets on the tailgate. Vehicle was stolen between 1 am and 2 am on April 22, 2023. Attempt to locate was sent to surrounding agencies. Enid Police Department recovered the vehicle and it was taken out of NCIC.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 10:05 am, the reporting party requested options on a suspicious vehicle driving through alleyways at North Oak and Elm. Vehicle was a older model brown truck.

Arrest - At 10:50 am, an officer took Amber Lieb, 7/1988, for city warrants.

Fireworks - At 11:52 am, the reporting party advised of a kid shooting off fireworks and scaring the neighbors in the area of 829 N. Pine. Officer made contact with subject that was throwing fireworks into a fire. He was advised of city ordinance.

Accident - At 12:30 pm, a two vehicle accident between a pewter Tahoe and a black Honda at Aldi’s. Both vehicles were drivable, owners removed both vehicles.

Intoxicated Driver - An employee at Lake Road Car Wash advised of a male in a white Toyota Corolla 4-door that was intoxicated and had an open container in the vehicle. Vehicle was located at Stop N Go on S. 14th. Traffic stop occurred for left of center. Officer took Krenchy Lokeijak 12/1974, for DUI, transporting with open container, no insurance, violation of driver’s license restriction, and traveling left of center without accident.

Disturbance - At 2:47 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to his friends fighting at 804 N. Elm. Unknown if there were any weapons involved.

Extra Patrol - An extra patrol was requested in reference to a suspicious male subject standing outside 708 Marland Dr. the previous day.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 8:05 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to eight juveniles riding scooters in the roadway that almost caused an accident at Hartford and Osage. Last seen eastbound on Hartford. Officer made contact with juveniles and advised them to stay out of the roadway.

Domestic - At 9:46 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a possible domestic with unknown weapons at 831 N. Birch.

April 23, 2023 Field Interview - At 4:52 am, a field interview occurred with one subject in the 300 block of N. Sunset. Officer took Tristan Rivera, 2001, for city warrants for unauthorized use of credit or debit card, larceny of merchandise from retailer, conspiracy to commit crime, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana without a license.

Vandalism - At 10:09 am, the reporting party advised they stayed overnight at La Quinta, then got home and realized someone drilled holes in their gas tank.

Disturbance - At 10:37 am, the reporting party advised of a male on foot behind Rib-Crib near the dumpsters that was screaming at nothing. Subject had long brown hair, a black long sleeve shirt and was carrying a duffel bag.

Burglary - At 2:18 pm, the reporting party advised of a break in with items stolen at 300 S. 13th. House has not been fully cleared.

Accident - At 5:46 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at 6th and South with unknown injuries. An incident report was taken for warrant request.

Options - At 11:39 pm, the reporting party requested to speak to an officer in reference to a friend that was intoxicated an causing a disturbance in the area of 1220 S. 7th. The subject advised they were coming over and the reporting party did not want them to.

CRS Recovery - At 11:45 pm, an officer was out with a stolen vehicle at Unity Gym. Vehicle was towed by Blue Collar and taken out of NCIC.
