Traffic Stop - At 1:59 am on Jan. 24, a traffic stop occurred at Lake Road and Red Oak. Officer #18 took Wayne Herman Carlisle, 6/66, for knowingly receiving any property that was stolen, embezzled, obtained by false pretense or robbery, or conceals, withholds such property; knowingly or intentionally possesses a controlled dangerous substance; uses or possesses drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow etc. to introduce into the human body a controlled dangerous substance except the licensed person in the professions of podiatry, dentistry, medicine, etc.; and lend, sell, permit the use of, alter, procure, etc. a certificate of title or license plate issued or operating a vehicle without a license or in violation of rated license capacity, etc.

Check for Wanted - At 6:11 am, the reporting party advised of a Jerry Rowe, 11/4/83, has warrants out of Arkansas and Missouri and Kay County. Officer #58 took Jerry Rowe into custody for his felony Kay County warrants and warrants out of Arkansas County for endangering others while eluding police, and felony larceny of an automobile.

Traffic Stop - At 6:42 am, a traffic stop occurred at Elmwood and Highland. Officer #15 took Tashina Quintero, 11/1988, for her Kay County warrants. Vehicle was released to a family member.

Stolen Vehicle - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a stolen vehicle from 133 Whitworth. Vehicle is a gray Scion XD with OK tag ARM880. Vehicle was stolen around 2 am.

Accident - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a one vehicle accident at 14th and Highland at 7:30 am. Subject hit a sign and pulled over at Flippin Farms in a Dodge Ram.

Accident - At 1:07 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at 5th and Hartford. No injuries.

Accident - At 4:07 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred at Waverly and South. Roadway was cleared and Warners towed the Expedition, while Action towed the white Nissan.

Accident - At 9:06 pm, a two vehicle minor accident with no injuries occurred at Taco Bell.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 11:07 pm, the reporting party advised of a female that came to Hampton Inn and advised she was throwing a fit over a missing child. The reporting party says the child’s phone was pinging to the hotel. Subject is sitting in the parking lot in a dark SUV under the canopy. Female was gone on arrival.
