The Ponca City Public Schools have shared the schedules for the elementary “Meet the Teacher and Move-In” nights for the 2023-2024 school year at all elementary school sites including Washington Pre-K Center.

This will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 22 from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Additionally, schedule pickups will be available for West Middle School, East Middle School and Po-Hi.

West Middle School sixth graders will pick up schedules on Tuesday, Aug. 15 from 3 pm to 6 pm, and on Thursday, Aug. 17, seventh graders will pick up schedules from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Move-In Night for West Middle School students will be on Monday, Aug. 21. Meet the Teacher will be held from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm with a parent meeting from 4 pm to 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm to 6 .m. Two parent meeting sessions will be held. Parents do not need to attend both.

Eighth graders attending East Middle School will pick up schedules on Wednesday, Aug. 16 from 8 am to 11 am.

Move-In Night will be on Monday, Aug. 21 from 4 pm to 6 pm, A parent meeting will be held from 5:30 pm to 6 pm and from 7 pm to 7:30 pm. Two parent meeting sessions will be held. Parents do not need to attend both.

Senior schedule pickup for Ponca City High School, including parking and student IDs, will be on Aug. 10 from 9 am to 11 am, and from noon to 3 pm.

Juniors will pick up schedules, parking passes and student IDs on Aug. 11 from 9 am to 11 am and noon to 3 pm.

Sophomores will pick up schedules and student IDs on Aug. 14 from 9 am to 11 am and noon to 3 pm.

Ninth graders will pick up schedules and student IDs on Aug. 15 from 9 am to 11 am and noon to 3 pm.

The first day of school will be Thursday, Aug. 24 for all PCPS students.
