EARLY REGISTRATION FOR PRE-K STUDENTS The district is offering early registration for Pre-K students entering the 20232024 school year. Parents and guardians may register PreK students at 613 E. Grand at the Board of Education building. Required documents include a birth certificate, an up-to-date shot record (or exemption form signed), and proof of residence in the form of a recent utility bill or lease agreement. Pre-registration will be held daily May 1-12 from 8 to 4 p.m.

Note: the Board of Education building is NOT the location where students are typically registered but due to staffing this will be the location for this pre-registration opportunity.

If parents cannot register students during this open enrollment they may register students during PCPS annual registration in July.

PCPS SUMMER FEEDING PROGRAM Ponca City Public Schools will be participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to the children without charge ages 1-18 and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, at the sites and times as follows:

Dine In Only; Open Site West Middle School, 1401 W. Grand Lunch 11:00-12:00 June 5-29, Monday-Thursday; No Friday Meals

Dine In Only; Open Site Garfield Elementary, 600 S. 8th Lunch 11:00-12:00 June 5-29, Monday-Thursday; No Friday Meals

Dine In Only; Restricted Open Site Union Elementary (Summer School), 2617 N. Union Breakfast 7:45-8:15 Lunch 10:45-11:45 June 6-29; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays Closed Mondays and Fridays ** Restricted Open Site: Restrict or limit the feeding sites attendance for reasons of space, security, safety, or control. Site is open on a first-come, first-serve basis to all children of the community at large, but meal service will be limited as stated above** All meals will be served and consumed at each site location. Adults wishing to eat with their children may purchase a meal ($2.75 for breakfast and $4.85 for lunch).
