Stephen “DeWayne” Lute, age 82, of Newkirk, Oklahoma, passed away February 19, 2023 at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Christ’s Church in Blackwell with Harold Hutchins officiating.
