Freddie Aaron Others Sr., also known as “Big Dog”, 73, passed away in Ponca City at home surrounded by family on July 2, 2023. Freddie was born on July 6, 1949 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to the late Marvin and Christine Blueback Raise the Other.

It is with great sadness that the family of Twila Morgan announces her passing on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the age of 68 years. She was born November 7, 1954, in Shidler, to Boyd and Shirley (Nickles) Morgan.

The Baumert family mourns the loss of L. Enloe Baumert, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at age 90. Floyd Hodges Sherrod, III, 83, of Ponca City, OK, died in his home on Friday evening, June 17, 2023, after many years of illness. Sally Jean (Perry) Dennison, resident of Ponca City, died Sunday, June 25, 2023. She was 88.

Diane Bea Sprague went to be with her precious Lord and Savior on June 26, 2023. Diane was born on January 12, 1939 in Blackwell, Oklahoma to William and Glenora Scott. She grew up in Blackwell, and after graduating from Blackwell High School, Diane attended Northern Oklahoma College. In 1963, she met the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Sprague, while getting a Coke at Sonic Drive-In. They married on July 6, 1964, and Chuck adopted Diane’s son Scott. Six years later, they adopted their daughter Jennifer.

Frank Kenneth Coates, Jr, 76, of Ponca City, passed away on June 24 after a 19-year battle with cancer. Ken was born on July 23, 1946, to Frank Kenneth and Mary Lockwood Coates in Ada, OK.
