The Ponca City Board of Commissioners held their regular session on Monday, Feb. 12 at 5:30 pm in the Commission Chambers at City Hall.

The AG dropped a lawsuit recently refiled against the vendor OKLAHOMA CITY — For the second time, Attorney General Gentner Drummond dismissed a lawsuit against the out-of-state vendor involved in an education aid program that had more than a million in misspent funds. Drummond dropped a similar lawsuit a year ago against Kleo Inc., which does business as ClassWallet.

Tuesday, Feb. 13 was election day in Kay County with notable elections being held in Ponca City and Newkirk.

The OU Club of Kay County is making a comeback following a hiatus. All fans are welcome, as well as OU alumni, to meet and greet at the Rusty Barrell Supper Club lounge on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 2:30 pm.
