Governor Stitt's request for additional winter storm aid has been approved for Oklahoma

President Joe Biden has approved Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt's request for additional funding for the state after the February winter storm. The additional funding will offer aid to counties, municipalities and tribes in all 77 counties throughout Oklahoma.

Fort Scott sweeps Lady Tiger volleyball team; Cowley knocks off Kansas Wesleyan JV

Hoping to avenge an early season loss to No. 16-ranked Fort Scott Community College, the Cowley College volleyball team showed some improvement from their first meeting but were unable to come away the win in a 22-25, 25-17, 20-25, 23-25 loss Thursday inside W.S. Scott Auditorium. The Lady Tigers would put the loss behind them and return to the court to defeat the Kansas Wesleyan University JV 25-19, 25-20, 25-15.

Tiger Woods moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for recovery after rollover crash

LOS ANGELES — Golf legend Tiger Woods is now at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after undergoing surgery at Harbor UCLA hospital following a car crash in Rancho Palos Verdes on Tuesday. Woods, 45, was moved from Harbor-UCLA Medical Center to Cedars to continue his care following emergency surgery to repair a compound leg fracture and a shattered ankle suffered in the crash.
