The Ponca City Fire Department will begin flow-testing and maintenance of fire hydrants in the northern areas of Ponca City on Monday, March 2. This hydrant testing project will occur throughout the month of March and will test all hydrants north of Highland Avenue and Lake Road. Testing and maintenance will occur between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the following days:
Monday — The area between the western city limit and Union Street
PLANS WERE finalized recently by the St. Francis Guild of St. Mary’s Church for the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day salad luncheon and game day on Wednesday, March 18 from noon to 3:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Various salads and breadsticks will be served. Tickets include lunch only or lunch and games.
