Arrangements have been made for athletes in fall sports at Ponca City High School to get the physicals they need to participate.

The opportunity for sports physicals will be Tuesday, June 9 and Thursday June 11 at Unity Gym, 1908 E. Woodland Rd. from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. each night. Hosts for the event are the The Quarterback Club and the Diamond Club, booster organizations for football and softball.

The event is for any student in sixth through 12th grade who anticipates playing a sport. The physicals are required before the student may participate in sports at Ponca City Public Schools.

The cost will be $20 payable by cash or check. Those wanting to participate should go to the public schools web site www.pcps. us, click on departments, then athletics and then online forms. Fill out the online forms and print physical form to bring to Unity Gym (filled out). Extra forms will be available at the event for those unable to print.
