It is with great sadness that the family of William (Bill) R. Williams announces his passing on Monday, August 5, 2019 at the age of 76. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Sharan Williams, and his children, Karen and Gary Stewart and Michael and Lisa Williams. Bill will be remembered by his five grandchildren, Whitney Nicole, Kristian Stewart, Cobra Williams, Erin Williams, and Haylie Williams, three great-grandchildren, a sister Mary VanNess, a brother Harry Williams and Barbara, and a sister Elinor Perkins and Gary. Bill was preceded by his parents, Harry and Ruth Williams, a sister Katherine McCoy, a son Jerry Williams, and two grandsons Shelby Williams and Justin Stewart.

Bill was a cross-country truck driver as an owner-operator for thirty-two years. On Bill’s off-time he enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending quality time with his family. He will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be designated in his memory to the American Kidney Foundation. Memorial services for Bill will be held at Free Will Baptist Church, 209 N. 6th St., Blackwell, OK at 1 pm on Saturday, August 17th. paid obituary
