It is with great sadness that the family of Twila Morgan announces her passing on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the age of 68 years.

She was born November 7, 1954, in Shidler, to Boyd and Shirley (Nickles) Morgan. She grew up in Shidler, Oklahoma, except her last year of high school when the Morgan family moved to Plainville, Ks where she graduated from Plainville High School in 1973. After high school, she had two children, Scott Jason Buchman and Elizabeth Nicole (Ross) Vega. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, watching movies, shopping, and taking care of her dog Sadie and cat Sassy.

She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Vega; son in-law Jacob Vega; three grandchildren: Ava Vega, Jonah Vega, and Nolan Vega. Twila is also survived by her brother Robert and sister inlaw Angela Morgan and two nephews Jason and Mathew Morgan. She is preceded in death by her son Scott Buchman, mother Shirley Morgan, and father Boyd Morgan.

There will be a Family and Friends Memorial Service on July 8, 2023 at 10:00am at the Kaw City Community Center, located at 701 E Morgan Drive Kaw City, Oklahoma.
