Theodore Ray Sipe, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024, at age 83 in Topeka, KS, surrounded by his devoted family.

A Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024 at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Holton, KS. A Celebration of Life to greet family and friends is scheduled immediately following the mass, until 3:00 p.m., at Holton Country Club.
