Ted was born May 18, 1976, in Ponca City, OK to his parents Carolyn L. Sissons and Thomas O. Sissons. He grew up in Ponca City where he started and finished his education. He had a passion for music and was part of band and orchestra during high school.

Ted had various jobs throughout his lifetime. he worked at various casinos in the area, learned electrical and HVAC trade.

Ted enjoyed listening, playing, and creating music, video games, and movies.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Sissons, father Tom Sissons, and his older brother Ray. He also has an uncle, cousin, and his family in Missouri.
