Linda was preceded in death by her parents and sister Jean Mays.

Linda was raised and graduated high school in Reno, NV. She was active in school, earning the honor of Home Economics Queen. After high school she attended and graduated from secretarial school. She worked as a secretary for several years and locations before and after marrying her husband Greg Roddy in 1963. The pair later owned a sign painting business then a marine canvas business in California. Greg’s love of sailing became infectious and the two bought and lived aboard a sailboat on the west coast for 15 years, before moving to Ponca City. After moving to Ponca City in 2004, Linda’s love of sewing lead her to open a home-based alterations business. Linda excelled at anything she put her mind to, never shying away from trying new things.

Linda loved life, Jesus, her family and her church family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
