Linda Kay Wald passed from her life on March 22, 2022 in Enid. Linda was 76 years old. She was born to Johnie and Mildred (Stover) Wald in Hunter, Oklahoma on November 25, 1945. She worked for Conoco in Ponca City from December 1966 until her retirement in May of 1997. She lived and farmed in the Lamont area her entire life. She enjoyed her cattle and goats.

She is survived by four nieces and one nephew, Jeri Fries (Richard); Lori Larsen (Verlen); Wanda Davis and Treisa Dugas (Joe); Richard Wald.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert Davis and Jimmy Wald, one sister, Patsy White and nephew, David Wald.

A funeral service was held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, Oklahoma officiated by Rev. Jeff McReynolds with interment in the Pond Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association through the funeral home.
