Judith Ann (Engle) Lowery (Chip) was born to Oiland and Dorothy Engle of Newkirk on July 12, 1950. She attended Newkirk Public Schools.

She had her first child in 1969, a son, then four years later in 1973 a daughter. She later moved to Oklahoma City and found the love of her life, her soulmate Leroy Lowery.

They moved to Newkirk to start their life together. In 1987 they had their first child together, a daughter. Now, the family is complete.

She had numerous jobs throughout her life.

She always loved family and always brought everyone together by having cookouts, dinners and Thanksgiving and Christmas. She was always about the family.

Her children include Scot and Donna Hotchkin of Ponca City, Jade and Richard Willard of Ponca City, Christine Hotchkin and Jerry Millar of Blackwell; her grandchildren: Brittany and Conner Rhodd of Ponca City, Cameron and Sanderann Hovis of Blackwell, Raider and Catelynn Willard of Ponca City; great-grandchildren Eli Woodral of Ponca City, Louisille Rhodd of Ponca City, Conner of Blackwell. She had four sisters and five brothers, lots of cousins and nieces and nephews. She also had three sister-in-laws and seven brother-in-laws.
