Joanna Lynn Welch of Blackwell died Monday, September 16, 2019, in the St. Mary’s Hospital in Enid at the age of 52 years.

Joanna Lynn Welch was born on December 12, 1966, in Findley, Ohio, to James Allen and Rosalee Ann (Houtz) Roberts. She grew up in Bradner, Ohio, where she graduated from Lakota High School.

Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 19th in the Prairie View Assembly of God in Lamont with Rev. John Vaughan officiating. Burial will follow in the Lamont Cemetery.
