Glenda Jo “Jodie” (Krenn) (Balint) (Powell), who was 90 on April 16, 2019, passed on Sept. 14, 2019.

Glenda was raised in Kildare, but later her parents, John and Josie Krenn, moved to Ponca City where she graduated from Ponca City High School in 1951.

In Ponca City her father ran a filling station and store at Highland Avenue and Union. Her mother ran a beauty salon on North Union.

After losing her first husband, she married, in 2003, Charles Powell, formerly of Ponca City, and also a 1951 graduate of Ponca City High School.

Her services will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Pius Catholic Church in Tulsa. paid obituary
