Donna Kay Teer of Blackwell, Oklahoma, passed away early Friday morning, August 11, 2023, in the O.U. Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 65 years.

Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 15th in the First Baptist Church in Blackwell with James W. Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery.
