Catherine Ann Croft (Greenwood), 74, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday June 6, 2023 at her home.

Cathy was born November 20, 1948, to Floyd and Laverne Greenwood in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Cathy graduated from Newkirk High School and went to work at the Rodeo meat packing plant in Ark City, Kansas. Cathy married Randy Croft on August 10, 1991, in Winfield, Kansas, and they resided in Newkirk, until moving to Ponca City later that year. Cathy devoted her life to the elderly. She spent 15 years at Shawn Manor Nursing home in Ponca City and 27 years at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Cathy loved all her residents.

She is survived by her sons Justin Maple (Ashley) and Chris Maple (Annalisa) of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and Mark Maple (Shelly) of Ames, Iowa; her grandchildren Sherlena, Brittany, Ravenelle, Alianna, Whitney, Haylee, Noah, Libby (Chase), Reagan, and Nathan; her great-grandchildren Zoey, Haiven, Brantley, Faliyn, Adaliyn, and Kyce. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Randy Croft, a sister Mary Lou Stephens, a brother David Greenwood, a son Bart Maple, and a step son Justin Croft.
