Bonnie Kay (Ryan) Boike went to be home with her Heavenly Father on June 5, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. She was born June 22, 1956 in Tilden, NE to Vernon D. Ryan and Betty newcomb. At a young age, she moved to Tripoli, IA where she attended Tripoli High School.

On April 24, 1976, Bonnie Married Scott E. Boike and in 1977 they moved to Ponca City, where they made their home and raised four children.

Bonnie really enjoyed playing Bingo, going thrifting and to rummage sales, volunteering with Special Olympics, and spending as much time as possible with her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a woman with a big heart that never turned anyone away who needed help. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and loved volunteering and visiting with the Women of the Church.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Scott E. Boike, her children Russell D. Boike, Kimberly and Roy Weaver, and Kenneth and Jessica Boike. She is also survived by her siblings, Jeanette Seibert of Harvey, IA, Sidney Ryan of Washington IA, Dwight Ryan, Roger and Sue Wildeboer, and David Wildeboer all of Waterloo, IA, and her brother Harvey Ryan who resides in KS. She also leaves behind fourteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon D. Ryan, sisters Vickie Ryan, Diane Ryan and Deb Wildeboer, son Michael Wayne Boike and grandson Damien Boike.

A memorial service in her honor will be held at 2 pm Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Harmony Baptists Church in Ponca City. All are welcome to attend.
