Tammy Jo Clark was born on March 11th, 1962 to Lois “Murry” and Dale Clark in Norman, Oklahoma. Tammy lived most of her childhood in Seiling, Oklahoma. Her family moved to Alva, Oklahoma where she graduated from Alva High School in 1980.

Tammy attended Hutchinson Community College in Kingman, Kansas. She moved back to Ponca City, Oklahoma where she lived for 25 years. Tammy attended Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma where she graduated with her Associates Degree in Graphic Design. Tammy later decided to continue her education at Oklahoma State University.

Tammy enjoyed working as a waitress and cook for many years where she never met a stranger. After college she worked customizing and finishing unfinished furniture. She absolutely loved the work she was doing.

Tammy enjoyed attending and competing in chili cookoffs, cooking, spending time with her family, watching her OSU cowboys and most importantly spending time with her cats who were like her children. Tammy enjoyed arts and crafts and made many things for her family especially her nieces and nephews whom she loved so much.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Lois Ann Clark of Alva, Ok. Two sisters, Terri Hendricks of Alva, Ok, Vonda Knabe and husband, Kenneth of Alva, Ok. Three nieces, LaLonie Kern, Kayla Gilchrist and husband, Jesse, Kasha Knabe. Nephews, Gabriel Kern and wife Nicole, Nicholas Hendricks and wife Brandi, Shadow Hendricks, Kendal Knabe and Kristopher Knabe.

She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives.

Tammy is preceded in death by her father Dale Clark, Sister Dala Clark and two nephews Joshua Kern and Lukas Hendricks.
