Happy 2024! The Long Term Care Authority of Enid & Area Agency on Aging Ombudsman Program hopes everyone had a safe and happy holiday season. For many, a new year can offer a period of reflection, inspiration, and motivation toward positive changes. Spending time with friends and family can bring laughter and conversations, but some topics are harder to discuss than others. Feelings of uncertainty can arise in planning for serious health issues. When individuals can no longer perform everyday activities on their own it may be time to start talking about long-term care options.

Punchlines for Paws quickly approaches

The Punchlines for Paws benefit comedy show is quickly approaching and tickets are still available to purchase. The Northern Oklahoma Humane Society is holding this benefit show that will spotlight the hilarious comedians Josh Firestone featuring Marty Johnson, and Jon Wallen. This show directly benefits the Northern Oklahoma Humane Society who dedicate their time rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in the Northern Oklahoma area. Punchline for Paws will be held on Feb. 17, at the Osage Casino and Hotel. The people of Ponca City will have the opportunity to have an incredible night filled with laughter, all for a great cause.
