Zelenskyy asks Blinken for Patriot air defenses for Kharkiv
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to allies to provide Ukraine with airdefense batteries to shield its second-biggest city as Russia launched a largescale offensive in the northeastern Kharkiv region.
