Heath Wanamaker has been named Phillips 66’s Ponca City Refinery General Manager. Wanamaker was most recently the Phillips 66 Operations Manager at the Bayway Refinery in Linden, New Jersey. Wanamaker will assume the position effective June 1. Wanamaker replaces General Manager Darin Fields who recently announced his intention to retire after a long and distinguished career.

Wanamaker received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Northern Arizona University. In addition to working at the Bayway Refinery, Wanamaker’s Phillips 66 career has included roles at the Billings, Sweeny, and Santa Maria refineries. Throughout his career, he has also worked as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Operations Business Team Lead, Site Manager, and Planning and Optimization Consultant for the Phillips 66 Lubricants business in Houston.
