June 30, 2023 Arrest - At 3:31 am, Officer #40 took Haylie Ashley, 7/00, into custody for harboring a fugitive.

Reckless Driver - At 7:44 am, the reporting party advised of a white Honda driving recklessly at 14th and Hartford. Vehicle has Kansas tag A23LMU and was last seen northbound.

Miscellaneous - At 10:06 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to her 42-year old son not moving out of her garage. Officer #34 took Duston Psikal, 12/1980, into custody for confirmed warrants for driving under suspension and failure to carry insurance.

Trespassing - At 3:12 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a subject driving a black Toyota back and forth from the Domestic Violence Shelter parking lot. A trespass warning was issued.

Fight in Progress - At 4:30 pm, a fight in progress occurred between two juvenile females at Ambuc Pool. A trespass warning was issued to the problem half and issued to grandmother.

Disturbance - At 6:48 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to an intoxicated female causing a disturbance at 2136 Jane. Officer #42 took one adult female to the station to be transferred by ambulance to the ER.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 8:01 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area for a white male wearing all black, and an Indian female in black shorts and gray khakis walking in the area of 349 S. Oak, and looking into people’s yards. Last seen in the alley between Elm and Osage. The reporting party also requested an extra patrol.

Fireworks - At 8:59 pm, the reporting party advised of subjects in the front yard at 2007 Willow that were shooting fireworks.

Intoxicated Driver - At 9:48 pm, the reporting party advised of a gray two-door Honda, with a possibly intoxicated driver, driving on the wrong side of the road. Subject was in front of the bathrooms at the private side of Lake Ponca.

July 1, 2023 Disturbance - At 5:18 am, the reporting party advised of hearing two gunshots in the alley near 702 S. 5th.

Domestic - At 7:09 am, the reporting party advised of a domestic in progress in the alley behind 428 S. Oak by the garage apartment. Two female subjects stole a white GMC Sierra and were last seen southbound. The vehicle was located at Pine and Otoe, unoccupied. NNP Blue Collar towed the vehicle, and an officer took Brock Whittenburg, 1/1996, into custody for public intoxication.

Disturbance - At 2:26 pm, an elderly female customer assaulted an employee at Metro by T-Mobile, and then left into the Walmart parking lot in a white Honda with Kansas tag D247C. The reporting party does not wish to pursue charges, but would like the subject trespassed.

Trespassing - At 4:13 pm, an employee at Walmart requested an officer in reference to trespass a subject for past shoplifting. The reporting party requested the officer to the Asset Protection Office. Subject was trespassed.

Disturbance - At 4:17 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a dark blue truck with the tag number 76CKY that was dumping trash in the reporting party’s dumpster between the 700 and 800 building at 1501 E. Bradley.

Fight in Progress - At 7:09 pm, the reporting party advised of a large fight in progress at the swim beach in front of pavilion number six at Lake Ponca. No weapons. The reporting party called back and advised the problem half was walking in front of vehicles and disrupting traffic. Subject went into the bathrooms. Officer made contact with the problem half who advised it was all verbal. Unable to locate the victim. Problem half was taken home via cab.

Intoxicated Pedestrian - At 8:07 pm, the reporting party advised of a possibly intoxicated male yelling and looking into vehicles at 901 E. Prospect. Officer #48 took Richard Taylor, 12/1991, into custody for public intoxication, resisting, and possession of marijuana.
