May 3, 2023 Traffic Stop - At 3:21 am, a traffic stop occurred on the private side of Lake Ponca at Dock #72. Officer #15 took Janet Kestler, 6/60, for DUI.

Traffic Stop - At 7:45 am, Officer #32 advised a vehicle was parked on private property at 2000 Lake Road. Officer took Derek Jackson, 04/1982, into custody for Kay County warrants for knowingly concealing stolen property and city warrants for unlawful use of gas, water, electric cable service x3, and destruction of property.

Reckless Driver - At 11:21 am, the reporting party advised of a motorcycle in the area of 1032 N. 2nd that was traveling at speeds of 80 mph.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 1:57 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a stolen lawnmower from 1004 Shirlee. Officer spoke with the owner, who did not want to press charges. Left business card with the other half to make contact.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 5:50 pm, Asset Protection at Walmart requested an officer to the office in reference to shoplifting that occurred on Monday.

Options - At 7:09 pm, the reporting party requested options on juveniles that attempted to get into a vehicle at 816 N. Palm. Juvenile were no longer on scene.

Trespassing - At 9:37 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area of 603 S. 9th in reference to a male subject that should not be there. The reporting party would like them trespassed. Residence was secured, the officer did not see anyone inside. Subject was later trespassed at 10:27 pm.

Prowler - At 11:28 pm, the reporting party advised of a subject in a black hoodie and mask that was trying to get into cars at 1701 Hudson. Subject was walking eastbound on Hartford.

May 4, 2023 Prowler - At 12 am, the reporting party advised of two subjects taking items from cars in the area of 1613 Richway. The reporting party advised they were wandering around in the area.

Domestic - At 12:39 am, the reporting party advised of two subjects fighting in the intersection of 7th and Highland near a red Dodge truck. No weapons were seen.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 4:43 am, the reporting party advised of a male in an orange hoodie that was carrying a crowbar behind the dumpster at Triple T. The store wants the subject trespassed.

Extra Patrol - At 12:51 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to a white SUV that was revving its engine and circling the 700 block of N. Elm for the last half hour.

Assist Call - At 4:15 pm, An officer was out at a traffic stop at 4th and Ponca. Officer #28 took Elizabeth Taylor, 09/1995, and Zachary Bevilacqua, 06/1992, into custody.

Check for Wanted - At 4:20 pm, the reporting party advised that a subject was at 3602 E. St., a David Stolhand who had warrants for misdemeanor domestic assault and battery and felony child neglect. Officer #46 took David Stolhand, 05/1997, into custody for Kay County warrants.

Extra Patrol - At 6:35 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in reference to a subject that was kicked out of 413 E. Comanche. The reporting party was afraid the subject will retaliate.

Disturbance - At 8:46 pm, the custodian at Washington Pre-K requested an officer in reference to a group of juveniles riding bikes on the stairs and ramps.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 10:07 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to multiple subjects possibly racing and doing donuts at Lake Ponca Checkstand 1. Officer #15 took Dallas Redding, 01/2005, for DUI and one juvenile female for minor in possession of alcohol.

Trespassing - At 10:11 pm, an employee at Walmart requested an officer in reference to a subject that was trespassed and was located near the pharmacy side. Officer #45 took Dalton Fell, 12/1990, into custody for local and Kay County warrants.
