May 2, 2023 Disturbance - At 12:56 am, the reporting party advised it sounded like a gunshot that came from the area of 12 Sherman Lane. She did not see anything. The reporting party wanted contacted.

Arrest - At 9 am, an officer took Michelle Raeanne Medina, 12/1999, for city warrants.

Hit and Run Accident - At 9:49 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a hit and run at Walmart.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle At 11:05 am, an employee at AllianceHealth requested an officer in reference to a male subject laying behind the urgent care building. Subject was uncooperative, but was not actually on urgent care property. The reporting party was okay with this.

Assault - At 1:22 pm, an employee at Via Christi requested an officer in reference to a resident that threw water on another resident.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 1:33 pm, an employee at Valero on 200 E. Highland requested an officer in reference to a male subject that stole items then left southbound on 2nd. Possible tag was KDX147.

Arrest - At 1:49 pm, an officer took Eli Wazhinguda Horinek, 7/1999, into custody for destruction of property and no insurance.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle At 3:27 pm, an employee at Holmes, Yates, and Johnson Law Firm requested an officer in reference to a client’s ex-half that was driving in the parking lot. They wanted it noted.

Disturbance - At 4:10 pm, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at 512 Hampton Drive. No weapons. Problem half was gone on arrival, everything was calm.

Hit and Run Accident - At 7:29 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a hit and run at 304 E. Brookfield. Unknown suspect vehicle. Victim declined a report.

Accident - At 7:30 pm, a vehicle accident occurred at Pecan and Ridgecrest, it was advised that something was on fire. Unknown injuries, and an unknown number of vehicles. Second reporting party advised one vehicle accidentally ran into an electric meter of some sort. All electricity is out. Original reporting party called back and advised it is more on High Point Drive.

Extra Patrol - At 7:53 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of Willow Creek Apartments in reference to an old roommate possibly attempting to take her belongings.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 8:37 pm, the reporting party in the lobby requested an officer in reference to his bicycle that was stolen from Ponca City Library.

Extra Patrol - At 9:31 pm, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area of McFadden and Osage in reference to suspicious subjects riding quad in the area.
